Every new year’s resolution consists of ‘I must be healthier’ and you see a surge of new gym-goers in January ready and raring to go and then February comes and bam they disappear into thin air.

One of my favourite ways to be healthy is to mix up a concoction of goodness through a trusted nutri ninja or bullet. I’ve often made up my own recipes, resulting in quite vomit like consistency and also taste!
